- In 2014 BDA co-founded Platinum Blasting Services along with Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemical Corporation Limited (DFPCL) and the former senior management team of Downer Blasting Services.
- DFPCL is publicly listed in India and the world's third largest producer of technical ammonium nitrate.
- With a collective blasting experience of more than 80 years, Platinum provides a full suite of products and services for all blasting requirements, including ammonium nitrate, detonating cords, down-the-hole services, boosters and emulsion.
